Who we are

Omegas Enterprises Limited is the controller of personal data collected through this website and in the course of our work. What we collect and why

Enquiries: your name, organisation, email, phone number and the content of your message when you contact us. We use this to respond and to provide a quote. Lawful basis: legitimate interests, or steps prior to entering a contract.

Client work: contact details and records needed to deliver our services. Some assessments (such as audiometry, spirometry or face-fit testing) involve health data, which we process only where necessary for occupational health obligations, under UK GDPR Article 9(2)(b) and (h).

Website use: technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies (see below).

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted processors to run our business, including our website host (Wix.com), our cookie consent provider (Usercentrics), email and IT providers. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement. We may disclose information where required by law, for example to the HSE.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 2 years. Client records: 6 years after the end of the engagement. Health surveillance records: as required by law (up to 40 years for some records). Then securely deleted.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or request a copy in a portable format. Email sales@omegaseltd.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
