Adam Gomes is the Founder and Managing Director of Omegas Enterprises Ltd, providing strategic Health, Safety, Environmental, Governance and Risk consultancy to organisations across the UK. With more than 20 years' experience, Adam supports organisations ranging from SMEs to large, complex and highly regulated businesses, helping them strengthen governance, improve compliance and build safer, more resilient workplaces.

A Chartered Fellow of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (CFIOSH), Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv), and Fellow of several leading professional bodies, Adam combines executive-level leadership with practical, real-world experience. His expertise spans Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Governance, Enterprise Risk, Business Continuity, Organisational Resilience and Executive Assurance, enabling organisations to make confident decisions while meeting their legal and regulatory responsibilities.

Throughout his career, Adam has worked across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in education, from nurseries and schools through to universities, NHS and healthcare, as well as manufacturing, engineering, construction, facilities management and the wider commercial sector. This breadth of experience allows him to provide practical, proportionate advice tailored to each organisation's unique challenges.

 

Known for his approachable style, exceptional customer service and commitment to building long-term partnerships, Adam believes consultancy should be about more than compliance. By combining coaching, mentoring and independent advice, he works alongside clients to develop capability, strengthen leadership and embed a culture of continual improvement.
